Terms of service

These terms apply when you use flowthera.com or any Flowthera Infotech (“Flowthera”, “we”) product. By using them, you agree to these terms. Some products have additional terms, which we will show you before you use them.

Using our services

• Use our services lawfully and do not misuse them, for example by attacking, overloading or reverse engineering them.
• Keep your account details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You are responsible for the instructions you give to AI assistants and for checking important results before relying on them.

AI assistants and third parties

Our products work with AI assistants and services made by other companies, such as Claude by Anthropic. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Flowthera is an independent company and is not affiliated with Anthropic.

Payments

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Unless a product page says otherwise, subscriptions renew each period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the services you use.

Our services

We work to keep our services available and accurate, but we provide them “as is”. AI output can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, Flowthera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms or change our services. We will give notice of important changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using our services at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
