Yes. Flowthera adds tools to Claude, so you need a Claude plan that supports connectors. Flowthera does not include a Claude subscription.

What happens to my data?

No. Flowthera is an independent company. Claude is a product of Anthropic, and Flowthera works with it through its open connector standard.
