This policy explains how Flowthera Infotech (“Flowthera”, “we”) handles personal information when you use flowthera.com and our products. Some products may have extra terms, which we will show you before you use them.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address and the message you send through our forms.
- Account and connection data when you use a Flowthera product, such as your login details and the accounts you choose to connect.
- Basic technical data, such as server logs with IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep our services secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the products you ask for.
- To carry out the actions you request through an AI assistant, and nothing beyond them.
- To keep our services secure, fix problems and improve them.
- To send product updates if you joined a list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your connected data to train AI models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Flowthera (for example hosting, email and payments), under agreements that protect it, or when the law requires it. Messages you send through our website forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit, and our website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Storage and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, protect it with access controls and encryption where appropriate, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or disconnect any account from a Flowthera product at any time. Email ask@flowthera.com and we will respond within 30 days.
